That expertise is backed by nearly three decades of hands-on snow removal experience and is recognized by SIMA with a lifetime Certified Snow Professional  (CSP) designation, one of a limited number of people to hold this rigorous credential. He also holds SIMA's Advanced Snow Manager (ASM) designation, reflecting a commitment to staying close to every level of the operation.

Ken owns Swinter Group, one of the largest snow removal companies in North America, and developed SG Advantage, a snow management platform built specifically around limiting contractor liability and tightening operational controls.
