Ken J. Boegeman, Jr., CSP
Ken Boegeman, Jr. is the President of Swinter Group, Inc. Having developed a passion for snow and ice management helping his father as a child and through adulthood, Ken dedicated a great deal of his time to learning best practices such as equipment and material knowledge; contract language; snow removal and deicing operational tactics; and crew, material, and slip & fall risk management.
In 2008, Ken attained the Certified Snow Professional (CSP) designation from the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA). The CSP is a highly sought after credential that is only awarded to an individual after they meet experience requirements and pass a written test proctored by SIMA. There are very few CSPs relative to the amount of snow removal contractors in North America. CSP testing covers fields such as snow and ice science, operations, techniques and subcontracting. Ken has been a member of multiple committees in SIMA and has helped in many different facets at the Snow & Ice Symposium, including co-leading educational panels. The symposium is an annual national 4-day event put on by SIMA. Ken has Snow & Ice Management experience in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and he has extensive knowledge in the following area:

Nicole B.
Nicole is the First Lady of Swinter Group, Inc., and she wears many hats at the office. Her unofficial, yet fun, title around the office is Head of Stuff, Things, & Processes. Her main role is to keep the different departments working together efficiently and effectively, but she also acts as Controller and manager of HR, Marketing, and IT as time allows.
Nicole was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from Truman State University with a B.S in Business/Marketing and a minor in Visual Communications. She has always enjoyed being both creative and analytical. Before working at Swinter, she dabbled in both media planning and accounting at local advertising agencies, and she honed her many hatted skills at a construction company. In her spare time, she loves to draw portraits and either listen to or join in with her musically inclined family. |
Brent R.
Brent started his career in general construction and new home development. While working in this industry, he was tasked with clearing snow for the properties that were owned by the company. At the young age of 16, he found himself behind the wheel of a plow truck for the first time and loving it.
Brent worked his way up from laborer to skilled trades to foreman and finally lead sales/account manager for a contracting company. However, he never left his love of snow and continued to add properties and roads to his portfolio. Over the summer of 2018, Brent joined Swinter Group as an Account Manager. He is currently in charge of all new snow removal customers and deicing/snow removal equipment sales. Brent loves the ability to think and talk snow year round! In this role, Brent enjoys having the chance to interact with contractors in the field as well as present to a group of property managers or business owners. Brent's wife, Mollie, and his 4 children keep him busy when he's not thinking snow! |
Zack F.
Zack graduated from South County Technical School in 2008 where he concentrated his studies on automotive technology. After high school, Zack headed to Nashville, Tennessee to attend Nashville Auto Diesel College.
Zack joined Swinter Group in the summer of 2019 as our Lead Mechanical Technician, bringing with him over a decade of experience on equipment of all sizes. Due to his hard work and dedication, Zack was swiftly placed in the role of Shop Manager. He takes pride in ensuring that our fleet is in the best condition possible from our ATVs to our dump trucks, and when customers need service on their snow gear, they can feel safe knowing that their equipment is receiving top shelf service. Outside of work, Zack spends most of his time with his wife, Alex, and their children. |
Elizabeth H.
Elizabeth Hensley was born in Southern Illinois and moved to St. Louis after attending Southern Illinois University Carbondale for Kinesiology. After college she worked in two very different environments: a mortgage bank and a child care center.
Elizabeth came to Swinter Group to share her talents of organization and communication that she honed both in the banking industry and working with children. She began her career with Swinter as our Receptionist, but as the company and her responsibilities grew, she needed to step away from the front desk. Elizabeth currently handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and some Human Resources responsibilities for Swinter... and she does it all with a smile! On weekends, you can expect to find Elizabeth doing something outside; whether it be hiking, boating, climbing, camping, or simply sitting outdoors and listening to music. |

Scott R.
Scott was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He has worked in the landscaping industry for 35+ years. The last 20 of those years, Scott has run his own landscaping company and spent many of those years doing snow removal.
For the past 12 years, Scott has been an Area Manager during snow storms, checking on the snow removal work being done in the field. While working for Swinter as an Area Manager, it was Scott's responsibility to solve problems and make sure the properties in his area were getting serviced appropriately. Swinter finally convinced Scott to become a full time employee in December 2019. As Account Manager, Scott makes sure our clients get the best service all year long. During a snow storm, Scott's role is one of our District Managers. He coordinates with the Area Managers in his District to help solve any issues that may arise. During his free time, he enjoys helping out at fundraising events for his local school and church. Scott is most happy just spending time with his wife, Sharon, and daughter, Megan! |
