One of the most challenging aspects of the snow & ice management industry is the procurement of general liability insurance at a reasonable price. Swinter Group has developed systems and procedures that have proven to yield lower insurance premiums and much, much lower risk for themselves and their clients. We have incorporated these systems into an easy to implement program we call the SG Advantage Program.
SG Advantage Program The overall goal of the program is the help give snow removal contractors across the US & Canada the tools needed to succeed in the snow/ice removal business. The SG Advantage Program is broken into 3 phases:
Phase 1: Compliance / Liability Protection In this initial phase, we will provide document templates and training for your snow business practices. From bid proposals to crew training, we will explain why each piece is important and provide training to implement them in your company.
Phase 2: Online Resources Swinter partnered with software developers to create proprietary online systems for financial and production forecasting as well as real-time work order management systems for snow events. We use these systems ourselves and are now offering them to you.
Phase 3: Consulting Services This final phase is an ongoing step that is available with or without the rest of the program. Should you have questions regarding anything from sales or training to litigation assistance, we are available to offer our expertise.
